Main course Our first main was raw cod with different herbs, then crab and capellin roe with rhubarb sauce, followed by a single smoked langoustine, and then steamed skate with peas. With abundant lamb and fish (the Faroe Islands primary industry is fishing) the Faroese restaurant scene is better than I expected.
